1. 🌟 First Special Guest – Maciej Regulski!

We are proud to announce that one of the Chefs will be Maciej Regulski – winner of the 10th edition of MasterChef! 👨‍🍳🏆

2. 🌿 The second Special Guest – Szymon Bracik! 🍽️✨

Szymon is the Chef of Silesian Prohibition – one of the most acclaimed restaurants in Katowice, located in the atmospheric Nikiszowiec. Born in Tychy, he received his gastronomic education there, and honed his skills in the best restaurants in Silesia. He combines his passion for cooking with inspiration drawn from travel and local, seasonal products. For the past 6 years he has successfully managed the kitchen of Silesian Prohibition, combining tradition with a modern approach to cooking. Twice nominated for the Hermes award of the Restaurateur’s Culinary Guide and a juror of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition – a name that means a lot in the culinary world!

3.  💥 Third Special Guest – Adrian Feliks! 👨‍🍳🔥

Adrian is a Chef with over 20 years of experience, which he gained, among others, in Belgium, working under the guidance of gastronomy legend Carlo Didden. In Poland, he is known for his participation in Top Chef Poland, where he was awarded an internship at Atelier Amaro – the first Polish restaurant awarded a Michelin star.
He delighted Ewa Wachowicz, who invited him to her program “Ewa Gotuje”. On a daily basis, he heads the kitchen at Współwinni Katowice, where he combines culinary creativity with a passion for regional ingredients and modern techniques. Adrian is also an expert in healthy eating, working with Vitaflo, a company specializing in diets for people with metabolic diseases.
As a culinary consultant, he helps restaurants develop concepts, menu cards and organize unique tasting dinners – like this one!

🍰 Fourth Special Guest – Kinga Ziętal! 🌟✨
We are proud to welcome Kinga Ziętal – Head of Cactus Katowice Pastry Shop – as a champion! A finalist in the Debic Pastry Cup competition, she has gained experience over the past 6 years in prestigious places such as Odette patisserie and Arco by Paco Perez. Her sweet passion is chocolate – an ingredient from which she can conjure up real works of art. During the dinner, Kinga will present you with a unique, original dessert inspired by spring flavors! 🍫✨

🍳 Fifth Special Guest – Krzysztof Peć! 🍽️✨

Chef by vocation and passion, specializing in hunting and old Polish cuisine. He developed and perfected his talents in renowned restaurants, repeatedly winning awards in culinary competitions. Since 2012, he has been a juror of the prestigious “Silesian Flavors” competition, actively supporting young gastronomic talents.
